Review Management Policy
Reviews posted on the SITE are collected and managed by the certified third-party provider Skeepers (Avis Vérifiés), acting as a subcontractor on behalf of LABORATOIRES NIGY S.A.S.
1. Origin of reviews
Reviews can be submitted:
- Spontaneously, by anyone who has used a LABORATOIRES NIGY S.A.S Product (e.g., purchased in a pharmacy).
- Following a testing campaign organized by LABORATOIRES NIGY S.A.S, during which a Product may be provided free of charge in exchange for a commitment to submit a review after use.
In all cases, only reviews from users who have actually used the Product are published.
2. Absence of consideration
No financial remuneration or other benefit than the possible sending of the Product to be tested is granted in exchange for submitting a review.
LABORATOIRES NIGY S.A.S does not prioritize or delete a review based on its positive or negative nature.
3. Moderation
Reviews are moderated by Skeepers, in accordance with its moderation policy aimed at:
- deleting abusive, offensive, fraudulent content or content containing personal data,
- checking the general consistency of the comment.
4. Ranking and display
By default, reviews are displayed from newest to oldest.
The user can also sort reviews (by rating, chronological order, etc.), when the SITE's interface allows it.
The average rating displayed corresponds to the simple arithmetic mean of the published reviews.
5. Right of rectification and withdrawal
The author of a review can, at any time:
- modify their review,
- withdraw their review,
- request the deletion of their data.

6. Reporting a review
Any person can report a review they deem:
- defamatory,
- fraudulent,
- false,
- or not complying with the terms of use.
Requests for reporting should be sent by clicking on "report" directly on the targeted review or by sending an email to: talia@topicrem.com
The request must specify the Product concerned, the link to the review, and the reason for the report.
An analysis is carried out within 14 calendar days.
