ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS
NIGY: this term refers to Laboratoires NIGY, SAS with capital of €60,000, intra-community VAT number FR 81 582 072 773, registered with the Melun Trade and Companies Register under number B 582 072 773, whose registered office is located at 240 rue Louis Charles VERNIN, 77190 Dammarie-Les-Lys, which markets Topicrem® brand products offered for sale on the WEBSITE.
PRODUCT(S): this term refers to Topicrem® brand cosmetic and dermatological products marketed by NIGY and presented but not offered for sale on the SITE.
WEBSITE: this term refers to the Topicrem website: www.topicrem.com on which the PRODUCTS are presented. It is hosted by SHOPIFY.
PARTY(S): this term refers jointly or separately to the user of the site and / or NIGY.
ARTICLE 2: PURPOSE
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of use is to define the terms and conditions under which NIGY offers, via its WEBSITE, the presentation of PRODUCTS to users of the site.
Displayed prices
PRODUCT prices are quoted in euros and include all taxes. These prices are the prices at which we recommend selling our products and NIGY is in no way responsible for the prices displayed on other sites distributing its products.
Personal data
NIGY may collect personal data concerning WEBSITE users for the purpose of managing customer and prospective customer accounts, which may be processed electronically.
NIGY may also collect personal data concerning the WEBSITE user for operations relating to commercial prospecting and the preparation of SITE traffic statistics.
The WEBSITE user's personal data is kept by NIGY for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and processed. NIGY may, however, retain such personal data for a longer period in order to comply with legal obligations and, in particular, applicable statute of limitations.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the European Data Protection Regulation, SITE users have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose and port their personal data. WEBSITE users may also define instructions concerning their fate after their death.

Subject to having obtained the user's express consent at the time of data collection, NIGY may send the user direct marketing or newsletters by e-mail.
The collection of information is declared to the CNIL under number 1562724.
Intellectual Property Rights attached to the WEBSITE
The WEBSITE is an intellectual work protected by Intellectual Property Law. The SITE and each of its components (such as, in particular, trademarks, logos, photographs, images, illustrations, texts, slogans, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of LABORATOIRES NIGY, the only parties authorized to use the related intellectual property and personality rights.
Any full or partial reproduction and/or representation, use, adaptation or modification of the SITE or any of its component parts on any medium whatsoever, and in any form whatsoever, for any other purpose, in particular for commercial purposes, is expressly forbidden.
Any reproduction and/or representation of the SITE must be expressly authorized in advance by NIGY.
Hyperlinks to the WEBSITE may only be created with the prior written consent of NIGY. NIGY accepts no responsibility for the content, advertising, products or services available on or from sites linked to the WEBSITE.
The trademarks mentioned on the WEBSITE are registered and therefore protected and are the exclusive property of NIGY.
